Our Mission
Our mission is to provide an environment for children with challenging behaviours that is safe, comfortable, and stable, where their rights are honoured, and they are encouraged to thrive and achieve their goals. Rosebank Short Breaks provides the necessary customised therapeutic and continuing care, compassionate, and effective care to children and young people with learning disabilities.

Our Values
Our values of compassion, dignity, anti-discrimination and being non-judgmental underpin our business ethos and the relationships with our clients. We maintain the utmost confidentiality in dealing with our clients and believe in holding their rights sacrosanct. We understand that the issues facing our clients are not just theirs alone. So, we deal with our clients and their significant others systemically and holistically to bring about the best outcomes.

The whole ethos of Rosebank Short Breaks is to give back to the community. By helping children and young people with challenging behaviours, we support communities to be healthy. We provide our services to those most in need and provide much-needed respite for families and caregivers.
